DAIRY FREE CAKE

This cake was made with dairy free products, but tasted fantastic! It is a vanilla cake with orange flavoring. The filling had fresh raspberries,  and the frosting is orange flavored and butter-free!  It turned out as rich and delicious at the real dairy products ingredients.  No one could taste the difference.

The topper is a one of a kind creation made from clay, that I made for the birthday girl. She wanted a Hello Kitty in a tiger costume, so that is what she got. She was thrilled when she saw it! All the little animal characters you see, the owl, the bunny and all are edible.
