OCTOBERFEST BEER STEIN CAKE
This is a really cool cake!
It is three layers with buttercream throughout. Covered in my home made fondant. The handle is gum-paste covered in fondant to create all the intricate designs.

BLUE ROSE CAKE
This cake is chocolate through out. Chocolate and frosting.
Topped with a little blue fondant Rose.

YUMMY CARROT CAKE
This is a carrot cake with white and orange cream cheese frosting. It's very rich and moist.

BLUE PEACOCK CAKE
This beautiful cake is chocolate with buttercream frosting.
The peacock is made from gum-paste and fondant.

Star Wars VILLAIN CAKE
This cake was made for a very special 10 year old boy, who is into Star Wars in a big way.
The cake is vanilla with buttercream frosting. Fondant is the outer layer and the villain and decorations as well.

BEAUTIFUL ROSE CAKE
This is a chocolate cake with fruit filling, cream cheese frosting, and an outer layer of fondant.
Topped with a fondant Rose.

RIDING INTO THE SUNSET - RETIREMENT CAKE
This Cake represented a gal who is an avid bike cyclist. She is riding into the sunset towards Retirement!
The cake itself is vanillas with strawberry parfait filling, then frosted with buttercream. Over that is my fondant. All of the decorations I made with fondant and gum-paste. Everything is edible!!

HAPPY 50TH BIRTHDAY!
This "Over the Hill" theme cake was really fun to make.
The cake was chocolate and vanilla with chocolate mouse filling, and chocolate frosting. Then coved with fondant through out.
Everything is edible, including the dirty boot and sock!

YOU TUBE BIRTHDAY CAKE
The Birthday Boy loves to film action packed "LEGO Movies" and then post the films on You Tube,
so of course his cake had to represent that.
This cake is vanilla with chocolate ganache frosting, covered in my homemade fondant.

TUCAN THEMED 1ST BIRTHDAY CAKE
Jungle animals galore on this special cake.
The top layer is removable to become a "Smash" cake for the little one. The bottom cake is two layers with fruit filling, and buttercream frosting.
Fondant was used to cover the cake and create all the fun decorations.

The Birthday Girl loves a good Martini, so the party and the cake were all about Martini Time!
This is a two dimensional cake, with chocolate and vanilla cake and buttercream frosting. The flowers are fresh cut for accents.

This is a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling, and chocolate buttercream frosting.
The other layer and decorations are all made with my homemade fondant.
