This Cake represented a gal who is an avid bike cyclist. She is riding into the sunset towards Retirement!
The cake itself is vanillas with strawberry parfait filling, then frosted with buttercream. Over that is my fondant. All of the decorations I made with fondant and gum-paste. Everything is edible!!
