DECADENT CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE BITES

This is a dark chocolate cheese cake on the bottom layer, with another layer of plain cheese cake. Toped with a drizzle of chocolate ganache.   As part of my ingredients I use Frangelico and Irish cream liqueurs to a add a special flavor.
