PEWTER BEER STEIN CAKE


I baked this vanilla cake with three layers. Fruit parfait between each layer, then frosted with buttercream, surrounded with fondant designs. The handle is gum-past with fondant outer layer. The foam on top of the stein is also fondant.

I make my own fondant out go marshmallows, so it taste really good.
